Step 2: Producing your Music!

Once you’ve learned an instrument(s), have a good grasp at how to write, read and perform your music, and are feeling confident enough to go into the studio - it’s time to decide how to approach that. You can record, produce, mix and master your own tunes, or someone else can do it and save you the hassle.

Here at Spiderhands Productions, our aim with our Studio Services is to help you to

In our studio, we have everything you'll need to record guitar, drums, bass, piano, vocals, and any other instruments that you want to include within your creations.

We use professional-grade DAWs (like FL Studio and Reaper) and hardware to ensure professional-grade multi-track recording, and we can also provide session musicianship services, as and when needed.

  • It really depends on the scope of your project! Contact us for more info!

  • Our Music Studio is located in Southampton Street, Sydenham. Our studio has everything needed for clients to record, produce and engineer music.

  • For new clients, we charge $60 per hour. Mixing and mastering of tracks is at an additional cost.

    Mixing is a minimum of $95 per track (depending on the complexity of the arrangement / song), and Mastering is $50 p/track.

    Session musicianship is a separate cost (in order to prepare for recording sessions) and is billed at a minimum of $60 p/hr.

    It’s also worth noting that we do not transfer any files until we receive payment in full for our work (we can provide access to previews before final confirmation, though)

  • You have two options:

    1) You can pay via cash or EFTPOS - in person, at the end of each session,

    OR

    2) You can pay via direct-debit (SPIDERHANDS PRODUCTIONS LIMITED, 06-0942-0352165-00)

    A friendly reminder here that we do not deliver final masters of tracks until we have been paid beforehand. All clients receive a private link to hear their track beforehand, to approve it and then feel comfortable with paying for it.

  • Please give us at least 12 hours notice for the cancellation. If we don’t receive adequate notice for a cancellation, we may not be able to offer services to clients beyond that date.
